This first milestone has a read-only API for Archives (random access) and Readers (forward-only) for both RAR and ZIP. Basic zip with deflate is all I’ve done. More exotic zip types will be worked on soon. I think 0.2 will be writing for Archives and Writers (forward-only) for zip. API CHM is included.
